Not all magnet therapies are the same, and BMA is the only of it’s kind that uses the Northern polarity exclusively and requires its approved Vitalist's to follow a strict safety protocol.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that payment is required at the time of booking your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly give 24 hours notice. This notice must be by email or text, and be sent within 24 hours of the start of your scheduled appointment time.
Please give your calendar a thorough look before scheduling, and reserve re-scheduling for emergencies only. In the event you must reschedule, your payment will apply to your new appointment.
You will forfeit your session if cancelled within the 24 hour period or fail to show without notice. Under certain circumstances, 12 hours or less will be considered, however, this is NOT guaranteed. This policy is to ensure efficient scheduling for all clients. Thank you for your cooperation.
HOURS & SCHEDULING
We currently have limited availability Friday - Sunday so please be sure to reach out in a timely manner to book your appointment. Once you have made contact with us, we will send you the necessary link & paperwork from our GetHealthie.com client portal to book your appointment.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We value the time our clients set aside for their appointment and we want to maximize each person’s session. Because of this, if anyone is more than 15 minutes late we will require them to reschedule as it will not allow for a complete session & will run over into the following appointment. Thank you for helping us to provide quality service to all of our clients.
