My name is Abigail Dalton, I'm the owner of Achieve Homeostasis and the first Approved Vitalist here in the Nashville area. As a long time visitor of the chiropractor & massage therapists, I’ve always had an interest in natural treatment options. However, my wellness journey began in sincerity in 2021. Despite my efforts at living an active lifestyle & eating a (relatively) balanced diet, I found myself at 30 with chronic digestive issues, suspected rheumatoid arthritis, along with a constellation of other seemingly unrelated symptoms.

Despite doing avid research, I was no closer to figuring out the root cause of my problems. I knew if I wanted to truly get a hold of my well-being, I needed definite answers about my health so that I could make informed life-style decisions. Because of my health history, I realized getting those answers would mean the start of clinical tests from a long line of specialists. Unfortunately, as a single woman living on her own there was NO WAY I could afford the needed doctors visits to get to the bottom of what was going on-especially considering my insurance would require me to pay for those specialists out of pocket.

Thankfully, I was aware that there was a solid option where I could get the answers I was looking for. I come from a large family and they ALL had great success seeing a magnet therapist back in Texas. I knew this person well because she was a close friend who had learned this type of therapy to help her own family. After just one Biomagnetic Adjustment I had tremendous relief! (A big revelation was discovering I had an inherited gluten intolerance that was overwhelming my system with inflammation.) I’m so grateful to the phenomenal Optimal Feeling team for all the help & attention. I’m still a work in progress, but I'm excited to continue my training in frequency medicine. I can’t wait to advance my training to help my neighbors in the middle Tennessee area discover how they can take back their health with Bioenergetics.
